To enhance employee performance and support organizational success, the full-time Commercial Insurance Trainer will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for newly hired employees, existing staff, and vendor partners, utilizing various methodologies in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead and facilitate training sessions through classroom instruction, web-based learning, and on-the-job coaching Manage assigned curriculum to ensure content relevance and alignment with company goals Conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps and develop instructional materials for diverse learning environments Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional-level knowledge in a specialized field 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent related knowledge Prior commercial insurance experience is preferred
