Boutique Grocery Store Associate

DeLuca’s is looking for kind, reliable, self-motivated and team-oriented associates.

You will:

• Be stationed at the point-of-sale OR be on the floor, stocking and facing product
• Maintain a friendly and engaged demeanor with our customers and colleagues
• Greet, welcome , and offer help to customers as they enter and peruse the store
• Maintain the look of the store (sweeping, facing, tidying)
• Assist in the opening or closing duties
• Support other team members and managers as needed with projects
• Stay productive and be self-directed regarding your day-to-day functions
• Be a crucial element of the team!

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated reliability and dependability in the workplace
• Naturally a people-person: you always project positivity and friendliness to customers and team-members
• Previous successful point-of-sale, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills
• Have great attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40lb boxes, be on your feet for the whole shift
• Desire and ability to be productive the whole shift.

Locations are 11 Charles Street and 239 Newbury Street.

Full benefits apply to full time positions.

Part time positions start at $15-$16/hr.
