Wisconsin Licensed Client Account Manager

Proactive and client-focused, the remote Wisconsin Licensed Client Account Manager will manage key client relationships, ensure exceptional service delivery, and drive account success through effective communication and operational execution. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular touchpoints Respond to client and carrier inquiries promptly, troubleshoot issues, and manage account activities including reporting and project coordination Prepare and present account performance reports while collaborating cross-functionally with operations and production teams Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; additional experience or education preferred 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer service, logistics, or operations Strong communication and relationship-building skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
