Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed real estate professional who can enhance the Ridley customer experience throughout the buying and selling processes. This position represents a shift from traditional agency roles; you will be the expert layer within Ridley's software platform. Customers will rely on your expertise for critical judgments, negotiation support, and strategic guidance during pivotal moments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide sellers from listing to closing, including pricing strategies, offer evaluations, negotiations, contract management, and closing coordination.
  • Assist buyers throughout the transaction, from initial tours to closing, including showings, offer preparations, negotiations, and transaction coordination.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients facing high-stakes decisions.
  • Coordinate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Deliver in-depth local market knowledge across Boulder, Denver, and the surrounding Front Range.
  • Maintain proactive communication to keep customers informed about their transaction status, potential risks, and next steps.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to identify challenges and drive improvements to the platform.
  • Contribute to shaping the integration of AI and human expertise in the contemporary real estate experience.

Qualifications

  • Active Colorado real estate license in good standing.
  • 3+ years of experience in representing buyers and/or sellers, ideally in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Boulder, Denver metro, and the Front Range markets.
  • Exceptional communication skills and sound customer judgment.
  • Comfortable utilizing AI tools and modern software systems.
  • Demonstrated integrity and a commitment to customer-first decision making.
  • Passionate about contributing to the evolution of real estate.
