The Customer Support Account Specialist plays a crucial role in elevating the customer experience through consistent communication, site visits, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As the primary liaison between customers and Honda Aircraft Company, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships by understanding the customer's business, cultural, and regional challenges, helping to foster loyalty.
- Monitor and engage with operators on maintenance events using CAMP or other systems to report on Aircraft Availability and Dispatch Reliability.
- Track key metrics and provide insights to Honda Aircraft Company internal teams.
- Generate regular reports detailing performance trends, root-cause analysis, and recommendations for improvements.
- Communicate customer satisfaction feedback regarding Honda Aircraft products and services to key leaders within the company.
- Collaborate with leaders across various departments to ensure effective resolution of customer issues.
- Lead and coordinate responses from customer service teams to address customer concerns promptly.
- Perform routine administrative duties related to office management, including timekeeping, job reports, and travel arrangements.
Education, Work Experience, Certification and/or Licensure:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field is required.
- 7+ years of experience with airlines or Part 135 operators.
- Experience in Engineering, Operations, Parts Logistics, Contracts, or Field Services is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), SAP is preferred.
