Accra-Fab is a precision sheet metal fabrication company serving clients in the aerospace and non-aerospace industries, and we're seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our team. What You'll Do:

• TIG weld (and some MIG weld) various sheet metal parts to customer specifications
• Assist in the bonding/soldering of various sheet metal aerospace parts
• Ensure welded parts, assemblies, and bonded/soldered parts meet customer specifications and tolerances
• Oversee the maintenance of all welding equipment and keep the weld tables and department clean after each job
• Follow established best practices and suggest improvements to processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with documented Quality ISO/AS9100 requirements
• Work safely and support a safe work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Two (2)+ years' experience TIG welding sheet metal parts, preferably in a manufacturing production environment
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and assembly drawings
• Familiarity with different materials
• Strong communication skills
• Enthusiastic team player with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
