Material Handler 1

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and investigate discrepancies.
• Conduct cycle counts and resolve material variances.
• Provide materials for manufacturing as directed.
• Implement and improve department policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S policies and report hazards.
• Support warehouse improvement initiatives.

Experience Required • 2+ years in inventory management, shipping, or manufacturing.

• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools preferred.

Skills & Certifications • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with logistics, manufacturing, and production planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ERP experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, and strong interpersonal skills.

Eligibilities & qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Experience with computer systems; SAP knowledge preferred.
