Location: Norfolk, VA (in-home)
Salary: $90,000-$105,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities
Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Nights or Weekends! WFH options available.

What You'll Be Doing
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
Participate in team meetings , case reviews, and professional development

The Role
We are seeking a full-time, passionate BCBA to join our team in a hybrid position . This role blends meaningful in-center clinical work with some remote flexibility for planning, documentation, collaboration, and supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a small, intentional caseload to support high-quality, individualized care
Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs
Conduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision making
Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs
Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance
Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards
