Senior Cost Accountant & FP&A Partner Hybrid Manufacturing

Bell & Associates, Inc. is looking for a Senior Cost Accountant/Financial Analyst for a new manufacturing facility in Little Rock. This individual will report to the Finance Director and work closely with operations management to track financial performance and conduct various analyses.

The role includes establishing cost standards, generating reports, and leading inventory processes. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 5+ years of pertinent experience, preferably in manufacturing.

A hybrid working environment may be possible, but frequent on-site presence is required.
