We're looking for a Paid Media Portfolio Manager to lead Meta advertising across our client's portfolio of 5 DTC brands. This is a hybrid role where you'll analyze Meta ad performance data, write scripts, build content using our creative tools, and direct UGC creators to produce winning ads. You'll coordinate with our graphic design team for ad creation and work alongside our social media manager on scheduling and monitoring. You'll also own the Meta Ads account end-to-end—making budget decisions based on performance. If you know what hooks are working right now and can turn data into winning creative, we want to talk.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ad creative development across 5 brands (4 with social spend)

Direct UGC creators, graphic designers, and internal content teams

Build content using creative tools alongside directing others

Own Meta Ads Manager—campaign structure, budgeting, and daily optimization

Analyze performance data and translate insights into creative briefs

Continuously test new angles, formats, and hooks; kill underperformers fast

Coordinate with social media manager on scheduling and monitoring

Make data-driven decisions on increasing or reducing ad spend
