We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical background to support the upkeep of our facilities and equipment across multiple locations. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems while also assisting with general maintenance needs.
This is a hands-on position that requires independence, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Perform electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
Maintain and repair lighting, wiring, outlets, breakers, and related systems
Support general facility maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and repairs
Inspect equipment and determine when servicing or additional action is required
Complete preventive maintenance on buildings, HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, lighting, and signage
Read and interpret service manuals and follow manufacturer procedures
Schedule and prioritize daily work assignments
Accurately complete reports and documentation for labor, parts, and materials
Recommend and coordinate with outside contractors when necessary
Assist with additional maintenance tasks as directed by the Maintenance Manager
Participate in required training programs and certifications
Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable regulations
Provide basic operational training to team members on equipment use
Safely perform work outdoors in all weather conditions
Support special projects and other duties as assigned
