Key Responsibilities Of The FP&A Manager Role
- Lead and develop a team of five finance professionals, setting priorities and providing mentorship
- Oversee the global budgeting process, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy
- Provide financial leadership in cost accounting, including manufacturing variances, margin analysis, and inventory reporting
- Analyze financial data to support pricing strategies, product costing, capital investments, and new product development
- Develop and deliver management and board‑level financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Partner cross‑functionally with operations, supply chain, and leadership to drive informed decision‑making
- Monitor financial performance trends and identify risks and opportunities
- Support continuous improvement in reporting, forecasting, and analytical processes
Requirements For The FP&A Manager Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience with prior leadership experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing or a product‑based environment preferred
