Senior Director, Business Transformation & Standards

ADB is seeking a Senior Director, Business Transformation and Standards to lead the function that serves as the demand and prioritization engine for ADB's transformation & technology organization. The role builds executive and field stakeholder relationships that set priority, develops a bench of leaders who drive transformation through ownership and influence rather than direct authority over delivery teams, and is accountable for the aggregate performance, capability, and budget of the function. It partners closely with the IT Services and Field Platforms organizations to deliver transformational technology services and to ensure delivered capability is adopted across the enterprise and the field.
