Mobile HVAC Technician

Manpower - - Responsibilities: Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity; Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility systems, minimizing downtime; Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting, to identify and address issues proactively; Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to document work performed and update work order statuses in real time; Maintain a valid state drivers license and be available for call-in work as needed
