Accounting Transformation Manager

To support ongoing growth initiatives, the full-time Accounting Transformation Manager will partner with Accounting, Finance, and Operations to modernize financial processes, enhance internal controls, and optimize reporting systems, with flexibility for hybrid or remote work arrangements. Key Responsibilities Analyze existing accounting and finance processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities Implement enhancements through process redesign and remediation of identified risks Lead finance transformation workstreams and support the implementation of finance systems and reporting infrastructure Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred 4-6 years of experience in financial accounting roles, preferably with Big 4 public accounting or public company experience Strong understanding of accounting processes and internal controls, with experience supporting SOX and audit requirements Extensive experience with ERP systems, preferably Workday, and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite
