Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to oversee field operations and ensure every Roof Rejuvenation job is executed on time, on budget, and to Shingle Shield USA's quality standards. In this role, you will serve as the operational hub between our sales team, field crews, and homeowners — coordinating schedules, managing subcontractors, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from signed agreement to final walkthrough. This is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves role — when the team needs support in the field, you lead from the front. Prior construction management experience and solid roofing knowledge are required. Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are strongly preferred.

Duties

  • Own the full project lifecycle for each job — from scheduling the soft wash crew through final coating application and customer sign-off
  • Coordinate daily and weekly crew schedules, material orders, and equipment logistics
  • Conduct pre-job site assessments and post-job quality inspections to verify work meets Shingle Shield standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the job, managing expectations and resolving issues promptly
  • Supervise subcontractors and field technicians, ensuring proper execution of the three-step Roof Rejuvenation process
  • Identify and flag any on-roof conditions (damaged flashing, failing boots, structural concerns) that require escalation or change orders
  • Support the sales team in the field when needed — including door-to-door canvassing and closing agreements with homeowners
  • Step into a selling role as business demands require, representing the Shingle Shield brand confidently at the doorstep
  • Track job progress, document completed work, and maintain accurate project records
  • Communicate job status, crew performance, and scheduling updates to company leadership regularly
  • Operate as a true team player — willing to fill gaps, support teammates, and do whatever it takes to keep operations running smoothly
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and recommending operational fixes

Skills

  • Required: minimum 2–3 years of construction project management experience
  • Required: working knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and common failure points (shingle, tile, flashing, penetrations)
  • Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred — essential for communicating with field crews and diverse homeowners
  • Comfortable transitioning between project management and direct sales as business needs shift
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active jobs simultaneously
  • Comfortable on rooftops and in field environments for hands-on inspection work
  • Proficient with smartphones and basic project or scheduling software
  • Clear communicator with homeowners, crews, and leadership alike
  • Strong team player mentality — ego-free, dependable, and willing to support wherever needed
  • Problem-solver who can make quick decisions in the field without constant escalation
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
