Security Specialist Personnel

The Personnel Security Specialist’s primary responsibility is performing multiple complex duties in connection with supporting the Personnel Security (PERSEC) program. This includes assisting employees with obtaining their initial Department of War (DoW) security clearance and follow-on program access requirements, and to support the Security Department with the day-to-day interpretation, implementation, enforcement and execution of the National Industrial Security Program and DoDM 5205.7 to ensure compliance with applicable laws, directives and regulations. This role involves a variety of tasks, including clerical, organizational, and customer service duties.
