Deputy Store Manager

As a member of the Corporate Field Operations team, you will assist the General Manager in executing the restaurant plan, achieving sales and profit goals, following procedures, and delivering excellent Guest and Team service. Your role supports maintaining the restaurant as the preferred choice for both Guests and Employees.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Deputy Store Manager, you will help drive operational excellence and support the General Manager in delivering high-quality service. You will supervise and train Team Members, address operational issues, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and enjoyable restaurant environment.

• Increase revenue and financial performance by prioritizing Guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations effectively
• Communicate concerns or recommendations regarding the restaurant, employees, or Guests to the General Manager
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding suitable team members
• Supervise Team Members to ensure compliance with policies and procedures during shifts
• Provide guidance and training on operational processes, company policies, and guest service standards
• Identify and address complaints and policy violations, offering regular feedback and coaching to staff
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for both employees and Guests

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Food Safety Certification
• 12 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
• Basic math skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with general system functionalities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work flexible schedules and extended shifts
• Energetic and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
