Customer Service and Sales Representative

Full-Time | In-Person

Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Expected First-Year Earnings: $45,000-$55,000 (Base Pay + Commission)

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative to support client campaigns in the telecom and energy industries throughout the greater Hartford area.

This is an entry-level position. Candidates with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, or other customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers regarding client products and services
• Provide professional customer service and answer customer questions
• Support customer acquisition efforts through face-to-face interactions
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Accurately communicate product and service information
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer service, retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
