Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and balancing registers at the end of each shift.
- Manage guest inquiries and direct visitors to appropriate areas or staff members with clarity and confidence.
- Assist with event management tasks such as setting up spaces, coordinating schedules, and supporting event flow to ensure seamless experiences.
- Enforce safety protocols by performing basic first aid when necessary and responding promptly to minor incidents or emergencies.
- Support conflict management efforts by calmly addressing guest concerns and resolving issues professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
Experience
- Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within hospitality, resort, or entertainment settings.
- Understand Chinese is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in cash handling, POS systems, or retail environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with guest services, event coordination, or food service roles enhances your ability to excel in this position.
- Lifeguard experience or certifications such as CPR and First Aid are advantageous for handling emergency situations confidently.
- Experience working with children or in theater settings demonstrates adaptability and excellent public speaking skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely (manual handling) and perform light physical tasks throughout your shift.
- Strong conflict management skills combined with a friendly demeanor help create a welcoming environment for all visitors.
