We're looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team in Kansas City, United States. Perform accurate and timely data entry into company databases and systems using Microsoft Office and specialized software

Maintain meticulous records and ensure data quality by conducting regular verification and validation checks

Organize, file, and manage documents and records in both digital and physical formats to optimize accessibility

Support administrative tasks including document preparation, photocopying, and correspondence management

Collaborate with team members across departments to gather information and clarify data requirements

Prioritize multiple data entry projects effectively while meeting established deadlines

Analyze data for discrepancies and errors, reporting findings to supervisors for resolution

Assist with general clerical duties including scheduling, appointment coordination, and database updates

Maintain confidentiality and follow established security protocols when handling sensitive information

Communicate professionally with colleagues and support staff to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency

**Required Qualifications:**

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with strong typing speed and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Basic mathematical skills for numerical data entry and verification

Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to work responsibilities

Understanding of data confidentiality and information security best practices

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Previous office or administrative experience

Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)

Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar programs

Knowledge of database management systems

Certification in data entry or office administration

Experience with document management systems
