Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. Duties

  • Develop and maintain complex financial projection models to support strategic planning and forecasting initiatives.
  • Conduct variance analysis reporting to identify discrepancies between actual and projected financial performance.
  • Prepare, interpret, and present detailed financial statements in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Perform thorough account analysis and reconcile profit & loss statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead regulatory reporting efforts, including SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance and other statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, cost accounting, and pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Provide insights into financial concepts such as investment evaluation, financial management, and corporate finance.
  • Support internal audits by ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools for data analysis, enhancing decision-making processes.
  • Write comprehensive financial reports that clearly communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Assist in the development of financial report writing standards and best practices for the organization.
  • Conduct quantitative analysis to evaluate business performance, identify risks, and uncover opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 8 plus years of experience in corporate finance, public accounting, or a similar role with a focus on financial analysis.
  • Extensive knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, SOX compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Proven expertise in financial model development and financial software applications.
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial statements and concepts accurately.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on detail-oriented accuracy and strategic insight.
