- Check in stock orders and put parts in the correct BINS locations.
- Pull technician orders and dispatch them to the shop.
- Receive, reconcile, and locate shipments from outside vendors.
- Obtain parts from local vendors as needed via Company vehicle.
- Help with inventory management of current and new parts.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Parts Department
- Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
- Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up
- Checks payments received with the invoices for each delivery
- Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Requests recipient's signature on each delivery entry
- Unloads truck each night, returning all paperwork and undelivered parts.
