Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Support project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, RFIs, and submittals
  • Conduct site visits and ensure progress aligns with timelines and quality standards
  • Help maintain safety compliance and project reporting
  • Communicate updates to stakeholders and assist in problem resolution
  • Support procurement and contract administration processes

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of experience in construction/project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
  • Experience working on commercial or multifamily projects
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
