Our client, a well-known law firm located in Washington, DC, is seeking a direct-hire Executive Assistant to support three Partners within a tech-focused practice group!
Responsibilities Responsible for complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and arranging detailed logistics including location, A/V needs, attendance, and agenda. Prepare correspondence and presentations, arrange travel, monitor/manage inboxes. Communicate directly with clients, providing high-level client service and handling confidential information with care. Manage expense reports and handle timekeeper's diaries. Special projects and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications 5+ years of strong executive assistant experience in a professional services or corporate environment are required. Bachelor's degree is required. Tech-savvy with comfortability in AI tools and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Ability to exercise discretion with confidential/sensitive information. Detail-oriented/organized with excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
Position
Information $95K-$105K (DOE) with a well-rounded benefits package. Hybrid schedule with 4 days/week on-site. Office located in Washington, DC.
