MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

East Lansing based property management company specializing in student housing - with over 450 houses and apartments - looking to hire maintenance technicians who have experience in some or all of the following:

Plumbing

Drywall

Electrical

Minor HVAC

Carpentry

Appliance

Keys/Locks

1 Year Maintenance Experience

Standard hours are Monday-Friday. On-call rotation and some overtime required.

$21-28/hr Based on skills and experience
