Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately manage cash and credit card transactions using a register or POS system.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and anticipating their needs.
• Craft and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items following specific location guidelines.
• Maintain an organized cash drawer, complete financial reports, and process deposits correctly.
• Follow all Aramark policies regarding secure cash handling.
• Handle the opening and closing of beverage stations, ensuring the area is organized and clean.
• Keep all equipment and workspaces sanitized to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Monitor and replenish beverage coolers, snacks, utensils, and condiments.
• Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations for food and drink preparation.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service and cash handling is preferred.
• Previous barista experience is a plus, though not required.
• Solid basic math skills and the ability to count accurately.
• Capable of working effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in reading and communicating in English and following specific recipes.
• Must obtain the required Food Handling Certification.
• Commitment to following the assigned professional dress code.
