CNC MACHINIST

As a CNC Machinist I, you will learn to operate CNC equipment while developing foundational machining skills. You will support production by following defined procedures and working closely with more experienced machinists and engineers. Operate HMC, mill-turn, grinder, or balancer machines under supervision; seek assistance when encountering operational issues. • Follow standard safety protocols and quality procedures. • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing guidelines. • Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs. This role requires precision handling of tools and machinery, often in a manufacturing setting with prolonged physical engagement. Hand and Finger Use/Dexterity: Uses hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls continually or almost continually (89% of the time), with arm-hand steadiness, finger dexterity, and manual dexterity for precise manipulation and assembly. Remains in an upright stationary position continually or almost continually (62% of the time), with occasional traversing to position materials or equipment.
