What This Role Is

This is a 90-day founding sales program designed for driven individuals ready to build their own success through a performance-based path to a full-time role, with full support, resources, and guidance from BRDGIT and TSL.

We’re looking for someone eager to break into or grow within B2B tech sales. After 90 days, top performers are offered a full-time position with a choice between a high-commission, no-base structure or a base salary with reduced commission.

What You'll Do (First 90 Days)

  • Learn AI consulting firsthand by working closely with BRDGIT’s COO, AI Consultants, and engineers
  • Build your own book of business across The Phoenix Metro Area (SMB owners, founders, operators)
  • Develop the ability to sell AI services, from simple solutions to complex, multi-agent AI blueprints and implementations
  • Run outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, cold email, cold calls, networking, door knocking, etc.) to generate and book meetings
  • Lead discovery calls with CEOs and founders, ask the right questions, and qualify opportunities quickly
  • Close deals ($3K–$30K/month) with support from BRDGIT leadership and earn 25% of each first invoice
  • Strengthen your personal brand by building real authority in AI
  • Attend the ICBCMS in Phoenix on Aug 4, 2026 to execute BRDGIT’s event strategy across commercial and corporate management sectors
  • Pre-qualify prospects and secure follow-up meetings with operations leaders in logistics, hospitality, commercial real estate, and management consulting
  • Scale your portfolio within the Phoenix Metro Area by targeting SMBs struggling with complex supply chains, disjointed tech stacks, and heavy administrative or compliance burdens

Where You'll Be At Day 90

  • Proven Performer: You’ve built a pipeline, closed deals, and demonstrated consistency. You move into a full-time role with the option of base + commission or a higher-upside commission structure.
  • On the Edge: You’ve shown strong potential but need more time. We extend and continue building.
  • Mismatch: The role isn’t the right fit, but you’ll leave with meaningful, hands-on experience in AI sales, gaining more real-world exposure than your peers get in years.

Graduation (Day 90)

If you meet the benchmark (typically 3 deals or $50K ARR), you choose:

  • Track A: Base + Commission: Starting: $3,000/month base + 10% first invoice + 5% trailing More stability, lower upside
  • Track B: Pure Commission: 25% first invoice + 5% trailing Higher risk, higher earning potential

  • Tech-fluent. You use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools regularly. You have built something with AI, even if it’s just automated a boring task in your own life. You’re curious about how it all works.
  • Articulate. You can talk to anyone, anywhere, about anything. You write well. You read people well.
  • Unafraid of a door. Walking into a business and introducing yourself doesn’t scare you. Neither does a cold call, a networking event, or a rejection.
  • Coachable. You take feedback without defensiveness. You apply it. You ask for more.
  • Willing to bet on yourself. You understand that no base for 90 days is scary, and you’re willing to do it because you believe in what you can produce.
  • Industry-curious. You do not need to be an expert in every local industry, but you are willing to learn how real operators make money, where their workflows break, and how AI can help them move faster. Bonus if you are interested in corporate operations, luxury hospitality, commercial real estate, property management, B2B services, supply chain logistics, or field-service businesses.

The Money

  • Days 1 to 90
  • Base: $0. This is a 1099 commission-only program.
  • Commission: 25% of every first invoice collected when you close a deal. Plus 10% trailing on months 2 through 6 of every recurring engagement.
  • Uncapped: Close more, earn more. No ceiling.

What This Looks Like In Practice

For example, you close one Fractional AI Engineer engagement at $6,700 per month. Your earnings on that single deal:

  • Month 1 commission: $1,675
