Marketing Analyst

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Marketing Analyst for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse digital and offline marketing campaign performance across all channels

Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau

Identify trends, patterns and actionable insights from complex datasets

Support A/B testing, multivariate experiments and attribution modelling initiatives

Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy

Requirements

3+ years of marketing analytics or digital analytics experience

Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Excel and SQL for data extraction and analysis

Experience with data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI

Strong ability to communicate data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders

Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
