Duties

• Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and address any suspicious activity or safety hazard
• Manage access control by verifying identification and issuing visitor passes when necessary
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including providing first aid if needed
• Enforce loss prevention measures by observing for theft or vandalism and reporting findings
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for record-keeping purposes

Qualifications

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting when required for equipment or incident response
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail in performing background checks and security assessments
• Physical fitness to stand, walk, or perform patrols for extended periods of time
