Role Description: The Onsite Manager oversees daily operations at project sites, coordinating and leading AVL installations, supervising field technicians, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to design specifications. This role manages on-site resources, communicates with clients and other trades, supports system testing and commissioning, and maintains quality control throughout each project.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage and assist all on-site operations, including physical installation, resource allocation, and supervision of teams.
  • Experience working with systems, with a strong understanding of technical installation and integration practices is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, including maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, other trades, and co-workers.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including guiding teams, resolving conflicts, and supporting a safe, inclusive work environment.
  • Familiarity with basic construction practices, site safety standards, and adherence to relevant codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work full time in Bradenton, FL, including standing, walking, and handling equipment as needed.
  • Previous experience in Construction, Design/Build, AV integration, event production, or related fields is preferred.
  • High school diploma required; additional technical training or any certification is preferred.
