Senior Recruiter, Oncology

To support the U.S. Therapeutics team within Oncology, the full-time remote Senior Recruiter will manage recruitment efforts, attract top talent, and develop a strong candidate pool for current and future openings. Key responsibilities Manage open job requisitions and update SmartRecruiters while achieving recruiting metrics Proactively identify, source, and manage talent pools aligned with business priorities Establish partnerships with hiring managers and leadership on staffing-related activities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 3-5+ years of recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment required; 7+ years preferred Commercial Oncology recruitment experience preferred Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience required Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience strongly preferred
