Must be in office during company business hours of 9am-6pm, with some evenings and weekends as needed

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Home Buying Specialist, you will turn seller leads into signed purchase agreements by talking with distressed homeowners, understanding their situation, building trust, evaluating motivation, reviewing property details, negotiating offers, and helping the company buy properties at the right price.
This role requires strong sales ability, high emotional intelligence, steady emotional control, relentless follow-up, and the confidence to have honest conversations with sellers who may be unsure, hesitant, or not ready to decide right away.
You will work closely with lead management, underwriting, transaction coordination, dispositions, construction, and leadership to make sure every opportunity is handled properly from the first conversation to signed contract.
The right person is extremely persuasive, coachable, competitive, and highly accountable. They enjoy the “thrill of the hunt,” know how to handle objections without becoming pushy or defensive, and do not back down just because a seller says “no” the first time.
This job is not about taking orders, waiting for easy deals, or pressuring sellers into bad decisions just to get the contract. It is about asking strong questions, solving real problems, presenting clear options, following up until there is a clear outcome, and creating win-win agreements that make sense for both the seller and the company.

WHY YOU SHOULD WORK WITH OUR CLIENT:
Employment Status: Full-Time, W-2
Schedule : Monday-Friday; 9am-6pm EST; on-call at all times to take new leads as they come in
Work Location : In-office at 9620 Executive Center Dr N, Saint Petersburg, FL 33702
Salary : $4,000/month for the first 60 days. Then it goes to 100% commission, where you'll earn 15% of all gross revenue you generate
