To support customer needs, the full-time Temporary Call Center Agent will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and complaints while demonstrating strong customer service skills in a fully remote role. Key responsibilities Identify and handle customer inquiries accurately through various communication channels Utilize technology tools and participate in training to enhance product knowledge and sales opportunities Complete documentation and maintain accurate customer data in Contact Center systems Required qualifications 6+ months of customer service experience Ability to work independently and manage a regular work schedule with minimal supervision Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats Experience in call center, retail, or e-commerce is preferred Technical aptitude is a plus, but not required
