The Administrative Assistant HR plays an essential role in supporting both the Human Resources and Warehouse teams within a large cleaning supply distribution environment. This position combines customer interaction, administrative support, and technical knowledge of sales tax, invoicing, and product measurements to deliver outstanding service and contribute to smooth operational workflows. Working closely with management, the assistant ensures accurate order processing, maintains strong customer relationships, and provides valuable technical guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to assess supply needs and recommend appropriate janitorial/cleaning products.
  • Provide technical support including installation guidance and product-related problem resolution.
  • Conduct follow-ups post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and clarify questions about measurements or invoices.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative support
  • Customer service skills with a bilingual communication ability
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
