About the Position

We are seeking Temporary workers that may have experience with concrete work skilled in forming, pouring, and finishing for commercial, industrial, and government projects. This role requires reliability, craftsmanship, and the ability to work on military bases and secured facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete forming, setting, pouring, and finishing
• Build and set forms for slabs, sidewalks, curbs, pads, and structural concrete
• Operate hand tools and finishing equipment
• Read and follow plans, grades, and layout instructions
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a field crew
• Maintain a clean, organized jobsite
• Follow all security protocols when working on government property

Requirements

• Proven experience in concrete forming and finishing
• Ability to work on government bases and restricted facilities
• Must pass background checks
• Must meet all access requirements
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Ability to work overtime when needed

Preferred

• Experience with commercial or DOT-style concrete work
• Knowledge of rebar placement and layout
• Ability to run small equipment (skid steer, power trowel, etc.)

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
• Weekly pay
