$52,000/year + Overtime Opportunity
Are you an organized administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment? Our client, a prestigious financial services organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a busy team of professionals in a highly collaborative office.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy managing competing priorities, coordinating complex logistics, and delivering exceptional service with professionalism and attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling across multiple stakeholders
- Arrange domestic and international travel and manage travel logistics
- Prepare and process expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate conference rooms, catering, meeting materials, and event logistics
- Schedule interviews and support recruiting coordination
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including confidential financial documents
- Welcome visitors and serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external partners
- Provide administrative support to multiple team members while maintaining a high level of organization and confidentiality
- Assist with office operations and special projects in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional corporate office supporting business teams or executives. Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting logistics is strongly preferred
- Experience processing expense reports and coordinating business travel
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- A polished, customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience supporting executives, financial advisors, consultants, attorneys, or other business professionals
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience
- Recent graduates with substantial corporate internships or professional office experience and a demonstrated interest in financial services are encouraged to apply
