Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Arlington, TX. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities to meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing expediting activities, monitoring inspections, and coordinating logistics to ensure materials, equipment, and services are delivered on time. The role involves working closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to address issues, track progress, and provide regular project status updates. The Project Manager will also identify risks, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Expeditor and Expediting to coordinate and track materials, orders, and deliveries.
• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills to plan, execute, and close projects effectively.
• Candidates should possess skills in Inspection to verify work quality, compliance, and adherence to standards.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logistics Management to manage transportation, inventory, and supply chain activities.
• Experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or technical project environments is beneficial.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
• Ability to interpret project documents, schedules, and reports, and to make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience in project or operations management is preferred.
• Proficiency with project management and office productivity software is advantageous.
