Your Role: As a Quality Control Manager, you will ensure that every aspect of our construction projects complies with specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Your commitment to quality is essential in our diverse projects such as earthwork, concrete, utilities, and structural components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a Project-Specific Quality Management Plan (QMP) that meets contract and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections during and after construction to verify compliance with specifications and safety regulations.
• Document findings and corrective actions, and present reports on quality metrics to senior management.
• Track subcontractor compliance with quality requirements and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
• Identify quality issues, perform root cause analyses, and collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate pre-installation meetings and training sessions on quality control practices.
• Promote a safe work environment by identifying potential hazards and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Assist in training personnel on quality control policies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in construction management.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in quality control or inspection within heavy civil construction (roads, bridges, utilities, earthwork).
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and testing procedures.
• ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician certification is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
