We are seeking a motivated and energetic Yard Loader Operator/Yard Help to join our team. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation, safety compliance, and construction machinery maintenance will help us maintain a safe, productive environment. Responsibilities

• Operate Forklift and loaders to load customer vehicles and trailers safely
• Load and unload materials such as gravel, dirt, stone, mulch, topsoil and other landscape supplies using appropriate equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on construction machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
• Keep yard and material clean and organized at all times
• Cleaning shop and keep tools organized
• bagging rock as needed

Requirements

• experience operating Forklift and loader (will train right person)
• Ability to perform basic mechanical maintenance on machinery to troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs.
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass a drug test
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
