As we continue to grow, you’ll start your journey in Clarksville, IN , where full training will take place. Once our brand-new, state-of-the-art laboratory is operational , you’ll be relocating to that facility. Be sure you're comfortable with this exciting transition—we’ll support you every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

Perform essential laboratory functions: sample prep, DNA extraction, PCR testing

Use advanced instruments such as Hamilton Vantage , KingFisher Flex , VeritiPro , and QuantStudio

Adhere to sterile technique and unidirectional workflow for contamination control

Collaborate across teams to drive quality, troubleshoot challenges, and optimize performance

What You’ll Bring

Availability to work the 2:00 AM - 12:30 PM shift (choose M-Th or W-Sat)

0-1 year of clinical lab testing experience in a high-complexity, CLIA-certified environment

Please highlight which CLIA-certified labs you've worked at in your application/resume.

Familiarity with PCR workflows, including sterile technique and micropipetting

ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification (preferred)

Strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and a drive to improve patient outcomes
