Quality Engineer

This position takes ownership of quality performance across the organization. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can independently identify issues, investigate root causes, and implement practical solutions that support both product quality and operational efficiency.

The Quality Engineer serves as a key resource to production, engineering, customer service, suppliers, and customers, providing timely support to contain issues, analyze nonconformances, and ensure processes are followed. This role operates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and requires a strong presence on the production floor to investigate issues, support operations, and gather information firsthand.
