Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Visual Inspector who is comfortable using computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP. The role involves data entry, taking and uploading product pictures, understanding photo evidence, and recognizing discrepancies. The candidate will also edit and update check sheets and standard operating procedures, monitor quality issues, and assist with audits. Some Saturdays are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection of products, components, or materials using the human eye, sometimes with specialized equipment.
• Enter material and finished product holds into QA and notify via email.
• Edit and update check sheets and SOPs.
• Monitor, respond to, and escalate quality issues.
• Take pictures of the product and upload them to the company system.
• Assist with audits as needed.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with data entry and using computer applications.
• Understanding of quality control and assurance processes.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.

The role is based in an extremely clean and temperature-controlled manufacturing facility with potential growth into a 3 million sqft campus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
