Estimator/Project Manager

Job Description: Ground Force Solutions is seeking a motivated and driven Estimator/Project Manager to help grow our landscaping, property maintenance, and small construction project divisions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, solving problems, has estimating and on-site management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective residential and commercial clients.
• Conduct site visit leads and property evaluations.
• Estimate, prepare and present proposals for all projects and services.
• Follow up on outstanding estimates and proposals.
• Build relationships with property managers, business owners, builders, realtors, and homeowners.
• Manage all services and their schedules.
• Manage projects from start to finish, including budgets, schedules, scope changes, permits, and issue resolutions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of hardscape materials, construction, excavation, or property maintenance techniques, and equipment.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Prior estimating experience required, preferably in landscaping/construction.
• Project management experience required, preferably in landscaping/construction.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and employees.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including digging, lifting, and bending.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on uneven surfaces for extended periods.

Compensation:

• Annual compensation range: $60,000-$75,000+
• Compensation package will be based on experience and qualifications.
• Company vehicle and additional benefits may be available, depending on experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
