Lingo Staffing is hiring a Welder/Fabricator for a well-established building materials supplier in East Hartford. This is a steady, first-shift role with consistent weekday hours.

Schedule: Monday 50;Friday, 7:00 AM 50;3:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Perform MIG/stick welding on structural and building material components
• Fit, position, and secure parts prior to welding
• Inspect finished welds for quality, strength, and appearance
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all shop safety standards

What You Need:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on welding experience (required)
• Ability to use standard measuring tools
• Comfortable standing, lifting, and working in a shop environment for a full shift
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
