Landscape Crew Member/Foreman

Integrity Lawn and Landscaping is seeking experienced and motivated Landscaping Crew Members and a Foreman to join our field crews for our residential and commercial landscaping projects in the Knoxville area. This is a full-time, year-round position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Crew Member Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks such as trimming hedges, and planting flowers, trees, and shrubs
• Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely
• Ability to work together as part of a team, while following directions from supervisor
• Follow planned landscaping designs to determine where to lay sod, sow grass, or plant flowers or foliage
• Previous landscape experience a plus, but not required

Foreman Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead landscaping crews on job sites
• Schedule and coordinate daily work assignments
• Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Train and mentor crew members
• Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely
• Monitor materials, equipment, and job site safety
• Communicate effectively with clients and management

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of landscaping experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant materials, and equipment
• Ability to read landscape plans (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (clean driving record required)

Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather conditions required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
