We are seeking a dedicated, self-motivated, and personable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about oral health, eager to educate and connect with patients, and enthusiastic about participating in the overall patient experience. As a Dental Hygienist with our family practice, you will deliver premium oral hygiene services and play an integral role in promoting long-term patient care.

Dental hygienist

Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and sealant application

Capture and interpret diagnostic dental radiographs as required

Assist in treatment planning in collaboration with doctors

Conduct thorough oral health assessments and screenings

Provide personalized oral hygiene instruction and preventive care education

Accurately document clinical findings and patient interactions in Eaglesoft dental software

Administer local anesthetic (preferred, not required)

Adhere strictly to HIPAA, infection control, and aseptic protocols

Collaborate and communicate effectively with the entire dental team

Flexibly adjust to workflow changes and office environments

full-time $45 - $55 per hour

Infection Control License

Licensed dental hygienist

Valid Ohio dental hygiene license

Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program

Minimum 2 years of clinical dental hygiene experience

Solid knowledge of dental anatomy, oral pathology, and periodontal disease

Understanding of infection control and HIPAA compliance

Implant Dentistry

Open Dental

Proficiency with OpenDental dental software

Experience with dental codes and insurance documentation

Prior administration of local anesthesia
