Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Regional Manager in affordable housing
- Proven track record in supervising Property Managers
- Strong background in compliance issues, inspections, and re-certifications
- Familiarity with local and federal housing legislation
- Professional demeanor with the ability to manage changing priorities
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
