About Us

H&S Painting & Refinishing is a growing painting company serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We specialize in commercial and residential interior painting, exterior painting, and cabinet refinishing. We are seeking reliable, experienced painting subcontractor crews to join our network for ongoing projects.

Position Summary

We are looking for licensed and insured painting subcontractors with their own team to complete high-quality residential and commercial painting projects. Our ideal partners are dependable, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional workmanship, customer service, and efficient project execution.

Responsibilities

• Complete commercial and residential interior and exterior painting projects according to company standards.
• Perform cabinet refinishing and cabinet painting (preferred).
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and priming.
• Protect floors, furniture, and customer property throughout the project.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Complete projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Communicate professionally with customers and H&S Project Managers.
• Coordinate daily activities with your crew to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and company safety standards.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed and insured painting subcontractor.
• Must have a crew of at least two (2) experienced painters.
• Minimum 3 years of professional commercial and residential painting experience.
• Experience with interior painting, exterior painting, and cabinet refinishing.
• Must have basic project management knowledge, including:
• Leading and managing a painting crew.
• Planning and coordinating project timelines.
• Communicating effectively with customers and project managers.
• Identifying and resolving job site issues.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Own transportation, ladders, sprayers, tools, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Compensation

• This is a subcontractor position and is paid per project (not hourly).
• Payment is issued upon successful completion of the project and final approval by H&S Painting & Refinishing.
• Project rates are based on the scope of work and agreed-upon pricing.
• Reliable subcontractor crews can expect ongoing project opportunities with our growing company.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using airless sprayers.
• Experience managing painting crews.
• Ability to read project scopes and work orders.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: $25.95 - $31.25 per hour

Work Location: In person
